During 2016 and into 2017 Wayne Ashworth and Magnus had been developing a new game called ' Scourge of the Underkind ' for 1 Meg OCS Amiga's and above. It was shown off many times as a rather wicked looking top down arcade action game with coin and key collection that is very similar to that classic game Chaos Engine. Well after a good few months of silence the creators have gone all out, as not only are they now known as Eleventh Hour Games, but the game now features a whole new engine, which according to them allows for a full-screen gaming experience!
Now according to Wayne who posted the video in the Commodore Amiga Facebook group, he has said this is a fairly quick and dirty trailer for the game, as there are still a few placeholder graphics in the video and other bits that have changed since the trailer went live. He also goes on to say, that any frame rate or smoothness issues is more likely to be his crappy laptop, as on an A500 the game is very smooth..... In terms of the gameplay and music however, there will be 1 level per world but with exploration options, bad guys to defeat, bosses to crush, treasure to find and a legend to make, with added music by Vedder and Triace of Insane group.
