Juan J. Martínez is certainly no stranger to our website, creating amazing games such as The Dawn of Kernel, Magica, Golden Tail, Space Pest Control and Rescuing Orc to name but many of the awesome titles under his belt. But now it looks as if another game is soon to grace our retro gaming screens, as he has recently announced the MSX game of 'Night Knight' ; a platformer with a strong arcade feel that reminds him of classic MSX games from ASCII, Casio or Namco!
Yes indeed Juan J. Martínez is out to impress once more, as in this fabulous looking game for the MSX, you play as Sir Bernard on his own personal quest to battle a curse throughout the creepy rooms of the enchanted castle Scarkeep. Along the way you will traverse through 80 stages, while avoiding enemies and the race against the clock to find a key to exit through each door and hopefully complete your quest to be free of this awful curse once and for all.
So yes a game that not only sounds a ton of fun to play, but if you wait till May 15th, the game will be available as a free download from usebox.net and as Collector’s Edition in cartridge by Poly Play!
