The game takes place in a place called Frostmourne Keep and its underlying dungeons in the World's End Mountains. This title aims to be a very difficult roguelike experience, not just that it's been in development since 2009 although a Beta release has come out today.
The website doesn't say much about the game so I'm hoping over time it becomes a more involved title with a lot more to go on. But until that happens, check out the beta and have a little play through.
