I do love a good horror and this looks to fit that perfectly, this is Ildefonse. A first-person horror game made in Unity3D. The game contains suspense, psychological horror and immersion in history. Ildefonse is inspired by several feature Japanese, Korean and Spanish films , so think of it as a Project Zero feeling.
The story goes that in 1935, Mr. Ildefonse was betrayed by his wife who then fled with their children, Mr. Ildefonse lost his head and unleashed a massacre at his home involving employees and then committed suicide. The story takes a little bit from Slender Man, where by you need to collect letters/notes. But these letters are from tenants who lived in the building, which was later converted into flats but haunted by the things that happened in the past. In the game, in the year 1977, the player is a lawyer hired to collect the testament papers in the house, requested by a family member.
My only concern with this game so far, is the motion of the camera, fast running. Now many of us have certain levels of motion sickness and i'm sure before I even get to the running, I'll be ill. The running will just do me over, So i'm hoping that it's either toned down or none at all. But the fear factor looks good, time for headphones and lights out i think!
