1) Unpack rar files to a PCMCIA, copy all files to your Amiga/Games folder
or
2) Unpack rar files to a hard drive folder you use in WinUAE ( I use ClassicWB )
or
3) Just load the ADF files downloaded from the main website and through WinUAE
