Usually I'm not one for sporty type games or those that are highly competitive, yet when I saw ClusterPuck 99 it stood out from the crowd. Developed by PHLCollective, ClusterPuck 99 features up to 8 player competitive matches in both against and local co-op, as you bash each other around the map to gain control of a puck to reach the opponents goal.
The maps are very well designed through sharp turns and closed tight edges, but that's not all you'll have to deal with, as the maps are also littered with bumpers, speed boosts and spikes to really add to that competitive yet highly enjoyable experience. It certainly is a unique game in the fact that I haven't seen a game of this type before on the PC or Mac, and for the price of only $3.99 in sale, a damn good deal.
Who needs Football, when you can play ClusterPuck 99!
