A new video has appeared which shows off just a snippet of the size of the open world map that is to appear in CD Projekt Red's 'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt' which is set for release next month, May 19th. According to the developer the open world is supposed to be over 30 times the size of the older Witcher games, populated with merchant cities, characters, beasts, mysterious islands, dangerous mountain passes, and forgotten caverns!
Also to coincide with this news, a behind the scenes teaser showing off such features as NVIDIA GameWorks, HairWorks, HBAO+ and more was made available when NVidia took their GeForce video crew for a tour of the CD PROJEKT RED studios in Poland to meet some of the talented folks behind The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt CD Projekt.
The Witcher 3 is available to pre-order on GOG and will be available for PC next month (May) the 19th. For those of you who need more than just the official game, the developers have also announced 'The Witcher 3 : Wild Hunt - The Expansion Pass'. Featuring two epic new adventures with over 30 hours of further game play to wet your RPG appetite.
