Chris Wilkins of Retro Fusion Books is no stranger to us, as he has done countless books for both the C64 and ZX Spectrum community, each one a Kickstarter success. Books such as ' The story of the Commodore 64 in pixels ' , ' The History of Ocean Software ', ' The Story of the ZX Spectrum in Pixels ' and even the more recent ' The story of the Oliver Twins '. Not only is Chris a jolly nice bloke to talk to, but he has made sure these books are filled to the brim with memoirs, factual history, classic game screenshots and much more all in a lovely glossy print. Well now you can order the next book in his library line up, 'The Story of the ZX Spectrum in Pixels Volume 3'!
This book will be 236 pages in length and finished to the very same high standard as Volume 1 and Volume 2. The ' Sinclair' logo on the front cover will be embossed making the book a desirable addition to any gaming fan or book collector. Furthermore as stated on the website, the book will be predominantly a visual journey charting a further 85 best games on the ZX Spectrum from 1982 onwards until the early 90's. There will also be a section on Homebrew games and an article on Spectrum game compilations.
But that's not all, as Chris has recently been hinting on his Facebook page for the next book which may well be related to the Amiga. Could it be ' The Story of the Amiga in Pixels ' or maybe ' The History of the Amiga ', who knows! We will just have to wait and see.
The Story of the ZX Spectrum in Pixels Volume 3 is available for pre-order priced at £19.99
