It's incredible to think that Command and Conquer now dates back to 1995, as the first game in the series and one of the earliest of the RTS genre's by none other than Westwood Studios, who were also famous for games such as Dune 2, Lands of Lore and even Legend of Kyrandia. It was a game series that featured full motion video cutscenes with a top quality cast to progress the story between each deep and involving strategy mission, that really set it apart in high quality from games that are even released today, which was a devastating blow when the company closed in 2003! So as a look back at all the highs and lows, GVMERS has done a fantastic video as The Rise and Fall of Command & Conquer - A franchise retrospective.
