Way back in 2015 we gave you a very early heads up that Kai Magazine's Metroid style game of ' Life on Mars ' was up for pre-order for the MSX 2, which featured high quality graphics and music. That same game set in the caverns of Mars on a mission to find out what happened to the colony that lost contact with the United Nations, is now going to appear on the PC as a fully fledged remake by the same team.
To be honest this is the first time I heard there was going to be a remake on the PC, but now we have found out, we are pleased to tell you that the developers have said the game is finished, and the only thing left to do is a stage of beta testing to iron any left over bugs. But as for the differences between the MSX2 version and this remake, it isn't just a graphical overhaul but there will be new details and enemies such as the flame thrower and boss shown in the video above.
