Donations - Server fees are due and future plans!

It's incredible to think that once again we are heading towards another years end with just Halloween, Fireworks and Christmas just left to go. This year has been the best year yet for gaming news with not just the retro scene kicking it up a notch such as the Amiga, Atari, Amstrad, BBC, C64, MSX, NES, ORIC, SNES, Sega Master System and ZX Spectrum. But Indie games have also really packed a punch thanks in part to the game Jams of 2017. In fact I write pretty much all day when I can for all of this awesome stuff and try my utmost to support the community so you the readers keep coming back for more

But as is the case with the other years gone by, Indie Retro News does need your support to keep us going and it isn't just the extra coffee! As now more than ever as from the 1st of next month, November 2017 our server hosting fees are due, which keeps our com and uk domains secure and ours for another year. So if you love what we do and want to see us survive, hit the donation button in the top left hand corner.. Even £1 ( Who needs Adverts? ) - Anyone that does donate, believe me you will have my heart felt thanks!

Right now that's out of the way, I've got a bit of an early announcement to make, as from next year if all goes well, not only will Indie Retro News be running for the first time a Patreon campaign, but we will look to be supporting retro game shops on the side, and we will also be looking towards doing Interviews and Twitch streams of some of the games we have announced on the site. So yes even if you've made a ZX Spectrum game, expect us to contact you, so you can tell us everything about yourself ;)

And that's my message for today, and as always thanks to all of you who keep coming back from around the world, and a thanks to anyone who is new to Indie Retro News.. You're all bloody awesome.
