Not long ago on this very website we were talking about the 1985 ZX Spectrum game 'Benny Hill's Madcap Chase' by Don Priestley; a game released by DKTronics based on the famous Thames TV show, with hilarious runarounds as you grab pieces of clothing and get chased by a woman with rather big boobs! We also went on to say after a conversation between Allan Turvey and David Saphier they decided to add a Benny Hill Theme into the game, to see just how much difference a tune can really make.
Well you'll be pleased to learn that not only did David Saphier add the theme tune to the game making it so much more fun and in the process give you a chuckle or two, but David Saphier has turned the game into a must play and highly beneficial to anyone owning a 128k speccy, especially as now it's a free download through the highriser website!
Thanks also to Sergey Kaminsky, who converted the theme to AY, and to Boots Randolph and Spider Rich, composers of the original music, 'Yakety Sax'.
