ROVR - A new ZX Spectrum game from ancient Egypt

Moving away from emails and looking towards Twitter, we were recently tagged by RetroVideoGamer in regards a new game called ROVR - Remote Operated Vehicle Recovery, which has since been released via thespectrumshow. Featuring the music(128k) of Alone Coder implemented by David Saphier, this game was created by Paul Jenkinson with a story of vast treasure hunting as part of an exclusive team sent into the deserts of ancient Egypt.

Using your ROVR unit which is capable of squeezing between tight passageways and dark halls, your aim is to explore many of the rooms looking for mighty treasure to get rich and hopefully become a millionaire. But beware as not only are there very nasty critters about which will drain your power, there are also specific rocks that can block your path that can only be drilled with your diamond drill. So make sure to keep yourself refilled at the drop point, find that treasure and bring it back for a hopeful rich and peaceful life.
