Lily Lander wasn't the only game worth mentioning today, as we've recently been tagged on Twitter, that Carleton Handley and Saul Cross is currently developing a new game for the C64 called ' Catrap (AKA Pitman) '. Now if you like playing Arcade Platformers, then you'll be pleased to know this upcoming C64 game doesn't just feature moveable blocks, but you can also swap characters to solve puzzles, and use time rewinding mechanics to undo your own mistakes.
Currently we don't have a release date for the C64 game of 'Catrap (AKA Pitman)', but already we can see this game is going to be a ton of fun for all that love the C64. It has lovely animation, plenty of challenges through multiple levels, well thought out puzzles, great graphics, and a charming soundtrack that really fits the game perfectly.... We can't wait!— Carleton Handley (@CarletonHandley) December 2, 2019
Quite a bit of progress on my #c64 #homebrew project. Two player character mode working, @saulc12's lovely sprites, a panel and a much improved rewind mode. There are a few improvements elsewhere such as the neater background. @EverythingC64 @C64Reloaded @Indie_RetroNEWS pic.twitter.com/VxSy7yHGri
