Something different for this awful wet and windy Thursday in the UK, as if you remember the brilliant Arcade game of The House of the Dead: a horror-themed rail shooter video game franchise created by Sega in 1996 using a lightgun. You'll be interested to know as thanks to a heads up from our good friend Per Ola, PorgsOfWar has released a House of the Dead inspired game called ' Dead Containment ', which is available to try right now for the PC!
As noted on the main website : "Dead Containment is an on-rails shooter in the style of classic arcade game, made as a piece for a university portfolio. Players fend off the undead as they race through a city under siege using a variety of weapons and unlocking hidden secrets on the way. Dead Containment is made to work with mouse & keyboard with VR support built in for a true zombie shooting experience. The game is made as an educational piece only and not for commercial use. Music and sound effects are from the House the Dead™ series by SEGA™".
