If you love playing Platformers on the Amiga, then you might like this latest news update! As if you've been following all the developments regarding Mixel's upcoming Amiga platformer of 'Creeping Me Out : Hex Night. A Scorpion Engine created Action/Adventure/Platformer that doesn't just feature complex levels, but a story, enemies, big bosses and dangerous traps to keep you company. You'll be pleased to know that as of today the creator has released a new demo for you to try that's even better than the previous one!
While Creeping Me Out Hex Night has been mentioned many times here on Indie Retro News already being a blend of Turrican, a bit of Castlevania and hints of Addams Family. This latest demo now features a drastically improved city tileset(It's been a long time coming), tweaks to parallax backdrop to remove irritating pointy clouds & blend buildings better, a couple of fixes to ceiling slimes (still one ceiling slime bug to fix, oops), somewhat retuned music (WIP), and further fixes available to view below!
PS: This may end up being close to the "final" version of this demo. The developer may revisit it later in the game's development, and may release offshoots for unexpanded A1200/CD32 etc once that build actually works right..
