Super Metal Hero - Upcoming Amiga AGA platformer via Raster Wizards gets new footage

Another retro gaming news announcement has just appeared in our inbox for all you Amiga gamers out there, as as we've recently been informed via Per Ola Eriksson through Facebook, that the eagerly awaited Amiga game of 'Super Metal Hero'; a kickass new Amiga game that is being coded in Blitz Basic by Colin Vella, graphics by Tenshu and Music by JMD. Has just got a brand new video showing a new sentinel enemy for world 4 base levels.

Right from the word go we've been keeping you up to date in regards to Super Metal Hero. Well already we can see the game has come along way since its first feature on IRN, as not only has the team behind the game been optimizing it to work on a stock Amiga 1200, but the game includes a new world, new levels, new backgrounds, new enemies, and blasting firepower that can even smash through difficult containers and a multitude of enemy types. So yes this is one game I can't wait to play when it gets an eventual release.

  1. Love the player character when in robot suit—without it, not so much.

  2. Impressive for BlitzBasic, but what is the minimum processor/RAM requirement?

    1. Se hai un PC basta usare WinUAE configurare nella versione AGA con un po' di fast ram e processore 020 sono sufficienti. Il formato dovrebbe essere ADF oppure anche in HDF (workbench).

    2. It was mentioned already (many times) that target hardware is plain Amiga A1200 or CD32.
