If you are looking for a new game teaser to play throughout the weekend on your ZX Spectrum or through emulation, whereby you can kick the *bleep* out of enemies, then it might be worth downloading the latest demo for Paulo Andrés(Amaweks) upcoming game of Bruxólico. A rather unique game which we have featured before when it was first announced and is inspired by the folklore of Florianópolis, in particular the work of the artists Franklin Cascaes and Peninha.
From what we can tell from the teaser demo by Amaweks, Bruxólico doesn't just have an eye opening artistic style that we haven't seen before on a ZX Spectrum. But the game also includes multiple enemy types, great character animation, and the ability to kick enemies spread throughout the level of the work in progress first stage of Brussels. And that's there all there is to say, so once we know more we will of cause let you all know first on Indie Retro News.
I love it, it's like each screen is a little diorama. Such an interesting graphical style. Also, that intro music at the start of Sabermans video is proper lush!
