Great news if you're looking for something different to play this evening, as thanks to the creator announcing it via itch io and via our good friend Saberman, we've been told that izero79 has released an update for the DOS to Commodore Amiga port of Chopper Duel; A game that was originally released for DOS way back in 1993 by Addict. To coincide with this news, Saberman as per usual has done a short video showing the game in action.
Here's the latest from the website "Chopper Duel is something you have been waiting for the last two months... And here it is! The ultimate two-player air combat game! With a friend, you will have several sleepless nights with Chopper Duel!" That was the original description of the DOS game by Addict back in the 1993. Well, after waiting for 30 years more there's finally an Amiga port of Chopper Duel. It should work with all Amigas with 512kB RAM or more. Chopper Duel was written with asm and it has been tested with A500 512kB, A600 and A1200+060. Should work on both PAL and NTSC Amigas".
Chopper Duel features 50 stunning battle fields, nice 32 color graphics, joystick and keyboard controls.
