If you're looking for some great weekend news then you've come to the right place, as we've been told that BTCO has released the arcade ZX Spectrum game of 'NIKO AND THE MAGIC ORB'. A game in which you play as Niko the Cat and must find a magical orb to end a curse that weighs on the region and prevent the return of the evil sorcerer cat. To coincide with this news, Saberman has provided a game play video.
Here's the latest in brief from the website (translated). "Help Niko find the statues that guard the keys that open the doors of a dark labyrinth in whose depths is the entrance to the sorcerer's temple where he hid the orb and thus end the curse that weighs on the region and prevent the return of the evil sorcerer cat. Niko must destroy the glass eyes of the statues and the magical projections with which they will attack him in order to access the keys they guard, find the secret entrance to the temple and restore the original orb. Will Niko be able to bring peace to his world?".
