If you don't have a Sega Mega Drive but an Amiga then this news should cheer you up. As we've just been told by Saberman, that tukinem is working a new game for the Commodore Amiga called 'Ami Robbo 2'. A game that is based around the classic 1980's Action Puzzle game which was released for the Atari XL/XE. An upcoming game that will feature not just new levels, but there's new challenges to be had with new puzzles making it feel fresh for anyone who remembers that classic title. To coincide with this news, you can either watch the gameplay video or try out an early demo version below.
While we don't know a lot about the game, I asked Saberman more info and he said. "As far as I know the game is a work in progress game submitted to the AmiGameJam 2024. The graphics and style relate to the Atari 8bit version, the game also has entirely new styles and graphics, i.e. Ami Robbo 2. and finally it will consist of 5 worlds to play through. And that's all there is to say about the game, but for the demo visit the link (HERE).
Ah, Robbo! I vividly remember accidentaly destroying my father's laptop with a bootleg copy of 'Robbo Millenium' that wasnt really on the level and rigged the computer to boot the game instead of windows! Robbo is so ahead of its time that even the malware written for it is exotic!
