The Key - Episode 1 of a new high quality Amstrad point and click adventure! (English Version)

Remember when we featured 'The Key' by Pakete Soft, a game in which we said was a new Amstrad CPC game with high quality visuals? Well fast forward to this month and thanks to Saberman letting us know through Facebook, we've been told this high quality Amstrad game is now available in English! A previously released Spanish point and click adventure that features different puzzles and escape room riddles that is only suitable for experienced players. To coincide with this news, Saberman has also provided a video showing these fantastic visuals found in the game.

Here's what Pakete Soft said about the game which has been translated via google. "40 years ago, a terrible event happened. His implicated hid it, leaving only a few cassette tapes as testimony so that such an atrocity would not be forgotten and would be repeated in the future. Now we have found one of those tapes... Delve into the first adventure point and click third person for Amstrad CPC in history and solve the mysteries of the Carfax mansion as you discover the terrifying truth".

  1. What a nice surprise. Point-and-click games are rare enough as it is on the CPC.

  4. Hopefully the game itself hasn't been auto-translated to Google's pidgin English. Credible dialogue is everything where point and click adventures are concerned.
