Forest Escape - A Knight's Quest - Collect coins and avoid enemies in this HQ ZX Spectrum 48/128k/NEXT game! [UPDATE]

Another game has appeared to grace our ZX Spectrum screens, as we've recently been informed via Saberman through Facebook, that if you head on over to the itch io page linked below, you can play IrataHack's  ZX Spectrum game of 'Forest Escape - A Knight's Quest': A game in which you play as a courageous knight named Wee, in a land shrouded in legend and mystery. In light of this weekly news, make sure to check out the latest footage of the game provided below.

Here's the latest from the website. "Join Wee on his quest as he faces the challenges of the enchanted forest, with magical flowers and mushrooms both aiding and obstructing his path. Having just narrowly escaped the haunting horrors of the castle, will he find the four keys, unlock the four chests, and make his escape with the coveted gold coins, or will he become just another legend lost in the woods? The fate of our small knight, Wee, rests in your hands as you embark on this thrilling journey into the unknown".

Update : Although the ZX Spectrum version was released way back in 2023, and the ZX Spectrum Next version was released in early 2024. From what we've been told however, is the ZX Spectrum Next version has not only been given an overhaul, but now features lots of graphical changes. As in the words of the creator "Some nice updates to the tiles, sprites, and full screen images specifically for the ZX Spectrum Next"
